To provide an opportunity for local kids to learn, train and compete together all while building lifelong friendships through the game of baseball.

Coaches will provide a positive yet demanding and competitive atmosphere to develop all aspects of the game through practices and tournament play. The Chandler Grizzlies’ philosophy is simple: WAR.  Everyday we are at war with ourselves and the choices we make.  In the community, in the classroom or on the baseball diamond, our choices make us who we are. The WAR mentality is simply our rally cry and our model for success.  Below are the three main pillars of the WAR model for success.

W illingness to prepare and compete – Our players will learn how to prepare with high school and college level practices and drills.  Loving the process rather than just the results, will be a focal point of our development. This way, joy can be found even when the results don’t go our way.

A pproach is rock solid – Our players will learn and apply baseball concepts and approaches used at the high school and college levels.

R esponsibility to the team– Our players will learn to be great teammates and build relationships that will last a lifetime.  Respecting the game with hustle and class, showing commitment to the team and learning to be selfless will all be concepts taught by the coaches.
